Sponsored Walk  

Many thanks to all who took part in our walk in 2007. It was yet another successful day from our point of view enabling us to raise funds to continue our good work. It is a huge undertaking both organising and participating in the event. We have lots of supporters who have been almost ever present in our walks and a big thanks goes out to them.

We are in the final stages of planning for our 2009 Sponsored Walk which will take place on the 27th of June on Ardverikie Estate, Nr Laggan. The estate is steeped in history and is also known for the TV series Monarch of the Glen. For more details go to our Sponsored walk page.

How you can help.....

The teams average expenditure can be as much as £35000 to £40000 per year, with £26000 in funding from the Police and the Scottish Government, donations from the public are vital to help us continue operating effectively. We are very grateful for all the donations that we receive from the public, donations all go directly to the Team, aiding us to provide the best possible mountain rescue cover for the public.
